Atmospheric Phenomena Lab started in 2000 thanks to Dr. Julio Santiago. Since, other professors collaborated too in this Laboratory such as Dr. Agustín Irizarry, Dr. José Rosado and off course, Dr. Lionel Orama which is now in charge of this Lab.
